Peking Duck
Roast Piglet
My favorite dim sum restaurant across oceans. Love to come here for dim sum, even more so for their roast duck, Peking duck, and now... the roast piglet. So well cooked and crisp, you have to come try to believe. One of the best I have eaten, consistently so, too. They really leave you with nothing but the crispy skin for round one and whips whatever is left into another dish for round two. Round two today ended becoming my dinner with cup noodle. Excessive??? NO LAAAAAAA. I was too lazy to go out for dinner becoz the air outside was soooo bad but my lazy person dinner was not bad at all.
Some other things I enjoy here are:
Prawn balls on Tofu
Fried Yam Balls
Pan-fried Carrot Cake
I also like a minced meat wrapped in lettuce dish which was not ordered today. Forgot, maybe... and their steam flat noodles with roast meat and yee-fu noodles. All in all, this restaurant has yet to disappoint me. They are truly value for money.
